CELCJ produces the ‘Bincang Hijau’ podcast, an academic platform discussing environmental law and policy. Featuring experts, it bridges legal research and public discourse, promoting informed discussions on sustainability and climate justice.

Pioneering Research: Advancing Environmental Law

CELCJ conducts impactful research on environmental, energy, and climate law to address legal and policy challenges. Notable projects include:

  1. A paper on used cooking oil as biofuel feed stock, commissioned byT raction Energy Asia.;
  2. An international conference on trade, investment, and sustainability, supported by the Erasmus+ Programme.
  3. A policy paper on climate change and gender inequality, in collaboration with the Ford Foundation.
  4. Research on transboundary litigation, with the Raoul Wallenberg Institute.

These projects inform policy, support sustainable development, and promote legal solutions.

Shaping Perspectives: Our Publications

CELCJ publishes the Indonesian Journal of Environmental Law (IJEL), a peer reviewed journal advancing discussions on environmental law. Through IJEL, we facilitate the exchange of legal research, contributing to policy debates and the evolution of environmental law in Indonesia and beyond.
