Prof. Andri is an Executive Director at Center for Environmental Law and Climate Justice, Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. Prof. Andri earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. He obtained a Master of Laws degree from the Law and Economics Program Utrecht University, Netherlands, and a Doctorate degree from the Faculty of Law Maastricht University, Netherlands with a dissertation entitled “Law and Economic Analysis of the Precautionary Principle.” The Professorship was conferred on 10 April 2021 with an inaugural speech entitled: “The Anthropocene and the Law: Environmental Law in Dangerous Times.” Prof. Andri also received a Fullbright scholarship for post-doctoral research at Columbia University (2012-2014), a post-doctoral grant from Koninklijke Nederlandse Akademie van Weteschappen (KNAW), SPIN Program (2008-2010), and STUNED Scholarship for Masters Program (2001-2002).
