Wiwiek Awiati, S.H., M.H. is a researcher at Center for Environmental Law and Climate Justice, Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. Wiwiek has been a lecturer at the Department of State Administration Law, Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia since 1992. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia.
Wiwiek was actively involved in research activities. Her research includes: Research on Restorative Justice in Aceh, West Nusa Tenggara and South Sulawesi, Research on 3 accesses (access to Information, Participation and Justice), Research on Administrative Enforcement in Environmental Dispute Resolution, Development of Environmental Law Teaching Materials, and Research on the Chamber System in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and the Development of Mediation in the Courts.
